As China’s Two Sessions convene in 2026, the Government Work Report explicitly states that China will “accelerate the comprehensive green transition, guided by the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and coordinate carbon reduction, pollution abatement, ecological expansion and growth.” It also sets “a roughly 3.8% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP” as an annual binding target, marking China’s official shift from dual control over the volume and intensity of energy use to dual control of carbon emissions.

UL 857 Certification | WETOWN Pro V Series Low-Voltage  Busway Obtains North America Market Access Qualification

WETOWN’s Pro V Series low-voltage busway has been awarded a certificate of compliance issued by UL Solutions, an internationally recognized authoritative certification body. Tested to UL 857 (14th Edition), the product meets international safety requirements across all performance indicators.

As one of the globally recognized high-standard safety certifications, UL certification serves as rigorous quality endorsement for products in terms of electrical safety, structural reliability, material flame retardancy and other attributes. The acquisition of this certification marks a new milestone for WETOWN busway products in market access capability and safety quality for global markets, laying a solid foundation for overseas business expansion and serving customers worldwide.

SIRIM-QAS is Malaysia’s official authoritative certification body under SIRIM Berhad (Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia). It administers Malaysia’s MS product certification. The SIRIM certificate serves as a critical compliance pass for electrical equipment entering the Malaysian market. Certified products may bear the SIRIM mark to satisfy local customs clearance, bidding and market access requirements.

Recently, WETOWN has obtained SIRIM-QAS product certification for low-voltage complete switchgear covering Schneider BlokSeT / Prisma, ABB MDmax and WETOWN’s proprietary XTM series. This achievement verifies that WETOWN’s full range of low-voltage switchgear complies with local Malaysian regulatory requirements. Under the ASEAN MRA Mutual Recognition Arrangement, test reports issued by SIRIM can be partially accepted by ASEAN member states to reduce duplicate testing. WETOWN Secures Cooperation for Uzbekistan Intelligent Computing Center Project

Recently, WETOWN has successfully secured cooperation on the Intelligent Computing Center project in Uzbekistan. Adopting internationally advanced containerized modular design concepts, the project covers a planned total land area of 220,000 square meters.

As Central Asia’s first large-scale containerized modular intelligent computing center, this project is a national digital infrastructure initiative backed by a presidential decree and incorporated into Uzbekistan’s top-level strategy Digital Uzbekistan 2030. It serves as a landmark computing power export project under the Digital Silk Road.
